We will complete all formalities in Pakistan on behalf of our Principals and arrange to verify documents, conduct interviews and tests, medical tests, select right candidate according to the job requirements, arrange travel and conduct pre-departure orientation and briefing.
We will arrange to advertise the demand of our Principals in the Newspapers to receive applications of fresh, suitable and available candidates. After short listing the suitable candidates, we will inform our Principals then their representative will visit us for the interviews and final selection. We feel honor to extend full hospitality and warmly welcome to the visiting delegates in this regard to Pakistan and responsible to provide all necessary facilities.
If the Principal have already selected the required personnel, we will undertake to process their required documents including medical fitness, visa stamping, and clearance from Protectorate of Emigrants, Air-Ticketing formalities and conduct pre-departure orientation and briefing with very reasonable charges.
We will welcome new demands from employers and companies and provide full guaranty of our recruited manpower as regard to physical fitness, professional skill and character traits during the probation period.
The Consulates / Embassies in all counties require a Letter of Authority from the Principals authorizing M/S QTA International to recruit the personnel on their behalf and submit / collect passports from the concerned Embassy / Consulate. This letter should be addressed to the Embassy / Consulate Karachi / Islamabad (Pakistan) and must be typed.
The Principal would give or send us a POWER OF ATTORNEY appointing M/S QTA International as their authorized recruiting agent and to carry out all acts and deeds in connection with the recruitment of personnel from the Pakistan. This letter must be typed.
The Principal would give or send us a Demand Letter specifying the Number of Workers, Categories, Salaries, Terms & Conditions and Facilities. This letter must also be typed.
We also need the block visa slip issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, if in case the visa pertains to various countries then an attested photocopy be provided to us.
We also require the service agreements between the Principals and the Workers in related counties.
